Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival (-/ -/ -)
Meet upon arrival at Hanoi International Airport, then transfer to the hotel for check-in. Time at leisure. Accommodation in Hanoi. Check - in time at 2:00pm.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (B/ L/ -)
We discover Hanoi-the charming capital of Vietnam today: Hoan Kiem Lake Hanoi Vietnam
Hochiminh's mausoleum complex (closed on Monday, Friday, every afternoon & in October, November) and his residence, Presidential Palace, One pillar pagoda, Tran Quoc pagoda, French colonial quarter, Temple of Literature, Hanoi Opera.
You can select one of the museums below for your preferences (Fine Arts Museum, Museum of History, Museum of Army, Museum of Women, Museum of Ethnology, Hoa Lo prison).
Then explore Hoan Kiem lake and a short walk in the Hanoi Old quarter to observe the daily life of local people.
Attend a performance of water puppets show. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/ L/ D)
08:00 Depart for Halong bay, 180km east of Hanoi, listed as World Heritage Area for its Outstanding beauty by UNESCO in 1994.Halong Bay Cruise on Ginger
12:30 we board a traditional junk to discover the 8th World Wonder where the movie "Indochine" was realized with Catherine Deneuve, French star in the 1990's. Lunch on boat with fresh seafood. It is time to relax on the deck through the most beautiful landscapes with more than 2,000 islands and limestone, rising from the emerald water. Visit a natural cave, the most picturesque grotto in the bay. Swimming if possible and relaxing on the deck. Dinner & Overnight aboard.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Hoian (B/ L/ -)
Continue our excursion until lunch.
11h50 Disembark at Halong wharf.
12h00 Drive to Hanoi Airport. Visit a workshop of potteries en route and a typical village of the Red River delta.
Fly to Danang.
Meet our guide at Danang Airport and proceed to Hoian. Check-in at hotel. Leisure time. Accommodation in Hoian.

Day 5: Hoian – My Son (B/ L/ -)Hoian Old Town, Vietnam
After breakfast, discover Hoian ancient town, known to early Western merchants, the city was one of the major trading centers of South East Asia in the 16th century. Hoian has a distinctive Chinese atmosphere with low, tiled-roof houses and narrow streets. Many of the houses were constructed of rare timbers and decorated with lacquer panels engraved with Chinese characters and pillars carved with ornamental designs. Visit historic merchants and community houses, places of worship and Japanese covered bridge, market Hoian. 
PM: Drive to My Son sanctuary, the former royal city of Cham empire during 4-16th centuries. My Son was listed as UNESCO’s World Heritage in 1999. Back to your hotel for refreshment. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 6: Hoian Cooking Class & Cycling (B/ L/-)
Today we enjoy a cooking class from the buying local ingredients at Hoian market to tasting Vietnamese cuisine prepared by yourself.Hoian Beach Vietnam
Afterward, enjoy a leisure biking to Kim Bong villages to observe the artisans working with wooden carving or yacht or boats building.
Back to the hotel. Leisure time. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 7: Hoian – Danang - Ho Chi Minh City (B/ -/ -)
Breakfast at the hotel.
AM: leisure time for your own discovery.
PM: Fly to Ho Chi Minh city/ Saigon. 
Saigon (or Ho Chi Minh City as it is officially known) is the vibrant, cosmopolitan hub of Vietnam and the original “Pearl of the Orient”.  In this thriving metropolis, old and new collide.  Gleaming sky scrapers, expensive restaurants, bars and designer shops, stand in stark contrast to the ancient pagodas, colonial era landmarks, ramshackle markets and wondering monks.  Saigon is a feast for the senses, fast paced, colourful, and utterly mesmerizing.
Meet our guide at Ho Chi Minh city/ Saigon Airport, transfer to the hotel for check-in. Time at leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city/Saigon.

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City – Cuchi tunnels - City Tour (B/ L/ -)Cuchi tunnels Hochiminh city
07:30AM Depart Ho Chi Minh City for the drive to Cu Chi district. Leaving the city behind, the scenery changes to views of rice paddies, villagers drying noodles by the side of the road and other scenes typical to southern Vietnam. Arrive and start the visit of the famous Cu Chi Tunnels which consist of an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters (Viet Cong) during both the French and American wars. Start the visit with the Ben Dinh or Ben Duoc sections of the tunnel. Here you can imagine what it was like to be a guerrilla complete with Russian Carbine rifles and AK 47’s on display. In the late morning journey back to Ho Chi Minh City. 
Discover Hochiminh city (formerly Saigon), the biggest economic center in the country: visit Opera house, cathedral Notre Dame, Post Office, War Remnants museum, a lacquer atelier. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city/Saigon.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta (B/ L/ -)
Drive to My Tho to explore the Mekong Delta. My Tho is famous for its extensive orchards and immense rice fields. Cruise in My Tho, Vietnam
Upon arrival, take a boat cruise around islets and tropical orchards through the canal of Vam Xep to reach a small islet, followed by a relaxing walk along shady and palm fringed trails passing by local villages where you can see their peaceful daily life. Stop en route to visit a bee farm, sip special tea with honey and sample fruits with a local family and share their stories of life in the Mekong Delta. Visit a small coconut workshop, just to get a glimpse of typical family run business in this area.
Walk to a lane where a horse-drawn cart awaits you to transfer to visit handicraft village, a coconut candy factory, enjoy tropical fruit, traditional music and then relaxation with rowing boat through the narrow under shade palm, tree-lined canals of Mekong River before returning to My Tho by motorized boat.
Enjoy lunch at local restaurant on the islet before heading back Saigon. 
Accommodation in Ho Chi Minh city/ Saigon.

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City – Departure (B/-/-)
Breakfast at hotel,
Transfer to HCM/Tan Son Nhat International Airport for departure flight. Tour ends. Check-out before 12:00.
